Basketball fitness is different. Running in a straight line won’t prepare you for the demands of the game. Five minutes on the court is far more intense than a five-minute jog.

 

Basketball is a dynamic, multi-directional sport that requires explosive bursts, rapid deceleration, acceleration, agility, and the ability to handle physical contact—all while staying sharp mentally.
